Refunds

 

Pilates Classes:

If you are unable to attend your booked 6 week block, you may be able to  claim a refund.
To enable this, please make sure to contact Roz Physio & Pilates, via email, at least 1 week prior to the first session of that block.
Full refunds are available with a full week’s notice prior to the start of the first class of that block.
Partial refunds (50%) are available within one week of the first class.
No refunds are available after the start of the 2nd session of that block, or for any missed classes.

If you are unable to attend your booked drop-in session, you maybe able to either reschedule the class to another date / time (space and notice permitting) or to claim a refund.
To enable this, please make sure to contact Roz Physio & Pilates, via email, at least 24 hrs in advance of the start of that session. If less than 24hrs notice, no refund is possible but you may still be able to re-book your class (can’t be guaranteed).

If your health questionnaire and consent form has not been received by the instructor by the start of your class (taster or block), then for safety reasons you won’t be able to attend that class. You can change to a different session that week with no charge and in some cases you may be able to attend a session the following week instead (situation and space dependent).

If you are unable  /  would rather not complete the online form, an electronic version can be emailed to you and either emailed/posted back (when face-to-face, this can be brought with you on the day).

 

Physiotherapy / Sports Massage / Pilates 1:1 sessions

If you are unable to attend your booked session, you maybe able to either reschedule the session to another date / time (diary capacity and notice permitting) or to claim a refund.
To enable this, please make sure to contact Roz Physio & Pilates, via email, as soon as possible, before start of that session.
Full refunds are available with 48 hrs notice prior to the start of that session.
Partial refunds (50%) are available with 24 hrs notice prior to the start of that session.
No refunds are available, if less than 24 hrs notice, but at the therapist’s discretion, you may be able to reschedule your session (can’t be guaranteed).

 

Sessions booked as part of an offer:

Sessions bought as part of a package cannot be refunded (unless requested within 14 days of purchase and no booking scheduled/used within this time) but can be rescheduled if suitable notice is given (48 hours) and a convenient time and day can be found by both parties.

 

Offers

3 Session Pass:
– Sessions can only be paid for via cash/cheque or bank transfer. Currently no online booking possible.
– Sessions need to be bought together
– Sessions valid for 6 months from date of purchase
– No refund available for unused sessions
– Gift certificate / receipt available on request
Refunds/Rescheduling:
– Full refund of Pass available if requested within 14 days of purchase and only if no sessions booked within that time period / already used.
– 48hrs notice before booked session: session rescheduled with no charge (within 6 months of purchase).
– 24-48hrs notice: 50% refund available (refund must be clearly requested within 1 month of cancellation) or can reschedule that session with a top-up payment (50% single session Pass price).
– < 24hrs notice: unable to be rescheduled or refunded.
